Sens' goalie worries over?
Is it too early to declare the Senators' goal tending worries over? With Pascale Leclaire solid in preserving the last two Sens victories, Brian Elliott stepped in between the pipes last night for his first game of the season. I don't know if it's the new mask, or that Brian Elliott feels confidence from the guys in front of him, but he rocked!

Elliott robs Afinogeov
Elliott did all he had to do to help seal another Ottawa win. While the defense broke down at times, Elliott stood tall. He robbed Afinogenov, Kozlov, and Kovalchuk. No save was much more spectacular than the glove grab he pulled on Afinogenov's one-timer in the first period. The official NHL save percentage stats are still out of whack this early in the season, but Leclaire is currently sitting at .918, and Elliot at .929. The numbers are nothing to sneeze at. If both goalies can keep this up until, say, game 15, the Senators should be firmly planted at the top of the Conference, if not the league.
